Tackling Flux In HR Planning

It is possible to function efficiently with a steady and stable marketing plan. It is possible to have a clear administration plan that does not change frequently. However, it is virtually impossible to have a stable HR policy for your organization. Why? Well, human resource is not something that can exist in a vacuum.
It is always in a state of flux. Hence, your human resource policy will always be changing. The important thing is to identify which areas can be altered frequently and which areas and should not be tinkered with. Unless you are incorporating a new vertical into your organization, you should not change the hierarchy of management in your firm.
Changing this aspect frequently will make it difficult for the employees to know that designation and area of operations. It does not make sense to put up your organization on big posters if you are going to change it every other day. In the same way, it does not make sense to specify the salary of each and every individual in bold letters if you work in a competitive environment.
An individual who is replacing your existing staff may demand a higher compensation and you may have no option but to pay the same. Considering all this, you should make use of other options to convey your HR policy in an efficient manner. Spend time analyzing your firm’s performance and come up with certain areas and aspects that will not change.
Incorporate these and spread word about these aspects amongst all your employees. As far as other issues are concerned, be flexible or come up with department wise plans and policies.
