Unemployment Spread

After its economic boom in the last decade, China is slowly losing its economic strength when it became clear that demand for goods manufactured in the country is reducing. Major consumers of Chines goods, American and European markets, are suffering from significant problems in the areas of customer satisfaction and buyer power which reduces the ability to purchase Chinese goods. The shrink in markets also contributed to the unfavorable economic conditions in the country and China suffers billions of losses almost every week due to the unstable financial markets. The consequences - unemployment rise and inefficient human resource improvements in the country.
